DirectBooking Technology Co., Ltd. is a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, and our operations are conducted through our Hong Kong operating subsidiary, Primega Construction Engineering Co. Limited (“Primega Construction”). We provide transportation services in Hong Kong’s construction industry and employ environmentally friendly practices with the aim of facilitating the reuse of construction and demolition (“C&D”) materials and reducing construction waste. We mainly handle the transportation of materials excavated from construction sites. Our services principally consist of (i) soil and rock transportation services and (ii) construction works, which mainly include excavation and lateral support works and bored piling. We generally provide our services as a subcontractor to other construction contractors in Hong Kong.
Building on its existing business, the company is a comprehensive enterprise group committed to the technological development of hotel marketing software, the operation of hotel business, and the development of digital supply chain platforms for alcoholic products, integrating production, R&D and sales.
