Mr. Tan Yu

Executive Director, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Tan Yu, aged 38, a Chinese citizen, has served as the Chairman of Lan Zhi Yun Chuang Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. since March 2023, responsible for the company’s operational management.

Mr. Tan graduated from Jilin University with a bachelor’s degree. He has held C-level management positions in multiple companies, overseeing corporate operations, strategic planning, and organizational supervision. His experience spans various industries, including managing daily business activities and guiding development initiatives. Mr. Tan will contribute to the company’s overall management and support the execution of its strategic objectives.

Ms. Liu Wei

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Liu Wei, is a Chinese citizen who graduated from Heilongjiang University of Commerce with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She possesses experience in financial management and compliance, including her previous role as a Financial Manager responsible for budgeting, internal controls, and financial system implementation. Ms. Liu will contribute to the company’s financial operations and ongoing compliance initiatives.

Mr. Wen Shaoming

General Manager

Mr. Wen Shaoming is our General Manager, responsible for the overall management of our business and operations. With over 11 years of experience in Hong Kong’s civil engineering industry, Mr. Wen specializes in construction transportation and logistics, as well as foundation-related construction projects.

From 2012 to 2018, he served at Primega Construction Limited, a construction subcontractor providing general transportation and logistics services primarily within Hong Kong’s construction sector. Mr. Wen Shaoming stepped down from his position as CEO of the Board and was appointed as General Manager, effective July 16, 2025.

Mr. Fangchen Xi

Independent Director

Mr. Fangchen Xi, aged 49, is a Chinese national and has served as the general manager of Xiaoxiang Shijie Zhibo (Hangzhou) Wangluo Keiji Co., Ltd since March 2018, where he is responsible for, among other things, the general management of the operations of the company.

Ms. Jiangli Na

Independent Director

Ms. Jiangli Na, aged 47, is a Chinese national and has served as the director of Wang Mao Jiu Group Co., Ltd since November 2021, where she is responsible for, among other things, the general management of the operations of the company.

Mr. Zhao Yong

Independent Director

Mr. Zhao Yong, 50, brings extensive management experience from his role as director at Jiuzhou Kanglian Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd., where he has been overseeing general operations since January 2008. His company specializes in the manufacturing and sale of medical equipment in China.
